Current Openings

International Guest Relations
International Guest Relations staff serve our International guests as a liaisons and translators.

  • International Guest Relations Staff – You will manage daily activities of the guests. It includes escorting the guests to their panels and main events, managing waiting lines for the guests’ autograph session, assisting the guests’ needs for meal and drink in the Green Room, and simply making sure the guests are satisfied during their stay. We encourage you to apply if you speak Japanese. Please contact us with your resume or a list of your experience in Anime conventions and your Japanese skill level.

    • Must have excellent customer service skills.

Web Department
The Web Department manages the Katsucon public web site, the staff web areas, and other web-centric functions.

  • Developer – We’re looking to add an integral team player to the web team. This position requires year-round participation and some at-con work; please only submit an application if you will be able to contribute on that basis.
    Required:

    • Experience developing software with MVC frameworks in a LAMP environment
    • The ability to donate however much of their time is required to do the job

    Appreciated:

    • Experience designing databases
