Q: Can I purchase a pass ahead of time?
A: No, Katsu Ninja Passes are only available for purchase in person, at the door, by attendees who have a valid badge.
Q: Where do I go to purchase a pass?
A: Passes are available for purchase in the Registration Hall during posted hours, starting Thursday evening, February 11th, 2027.
Q: I’ve already received my badge in the mail. Do I stand in line with other attendees who still have to buy their badges?
A: No, there will be a separate line in the Registration Hall to purchase the Katsu Ninja Pass.
Q: Can I share my pass with someone else?
A: No, a pass is assigned to the badge holder who purchased it and may not be shared with another person.
Q: What happens if I purchase a pass and can no longer attend the convention?
A: The pass is unique to the badge holder and cannot be transferred to another attendee.
Q: What happens if I lose, damage, or break my pass?
A: You will need to return to the Registration Hall to purchase a replacement pass, subject to availability.
Q: I purchased a pass and never used any of the benefits. Can I return it for a refund?
A: All Katsu Ninja Pass sales are final. No refunds will be processed.
Q: What does the pass include?
A: The pass provides the holder with access to the following:
- Early Admission into Artist Alley
- Early Admission into Merchants Hall
- Early Panel Seating
Q: Does every panel room offer early seating for pass holders?
A: Early seating is available for applicable programming and panels, subject to the seating capacity of each room and on a first-come, first-served basis. Pass holders will be able to confirm whether early seating is available for each participating panel room. Please keep in mind, as a first-come, first-serve basis you may need to line up early to acquire seating. Seats will not be held once the panel has started.

A: The pass does not apply to:
- Workshop events (All programming)
- Guest Photo Ops, Autographs, or Meet & Greets
- Main Events Hall (Potomac A/B)
