There are a few easy steps and tips to complete the Artist Alley table application process:

  1. Please read and understand the Katsucon 2027 Artist Info Packet. This page contains helpful information, but it does not include all policies, procedures, and event details. During the application process, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and understand the entire Katsucon 2027 Artist Info Packet.
  1. Submit your application via Eventeny between July 1–15, 2026.
  1. Ensure your email and portfolio links are working, active, and easily accessible (i.e. no passwords)
  1. Wait for jury results. This process takes about 8 weeks. If accepted, you’ll receive an Eventeny approval email, and the payment will be taken automatically. We will give about a week’s notice before the approval emails go out.
  1. Receive your table assignment and further instructions via email in the following months.

Please understand that there is a high volume of interest in the Artist Alley, and we have limited exhibition hall space. Because of the overwhelming demand, we unfortunately cannot offer a table to every artist who applies for the Artist Alley.  If you are not accepted, you will be waitlisted and still have a chance for a table. Please understand that all artists are respected and appreciated, and we encourage all artists to apply every year!

Our jury process allows us to curate an Artist Alley that has a selection that is varied, meaningful, inspiring, and exciting for attendees while also being balanced and profitable for the artists.

Our goal this year is to provide artists with a positive, enriching, and supportive environment that is inclusive of all people and their unique abilities, strengths and differences, and skills.  We understand the urgency when it comes to the artist’s scheduling and will make every effort to move the process along with more communication from our Artist Alley staff, so please be prepared. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated. We really do wish we could accept everyone.

Please keep in mind that we jury our Artist Alley, so you can take your time filling out all the information.  Make sure the information on your application is correct, complete, and all portfolio links are active and working, and if using an online store link, please make sure they are open and have stock.
