Entryways and Bell Carts

In order to make things easier for everyone, the Gaylord has given us specific guidelines regarding the entrances we should use and their bell cart policy. Read more about these items on our Hotel & Travel page.

Bell Cart Usage
Please note: while the Gaylord will be heavily staffed in order to assist people as they arrive, they will not have bell carts available for attendees to use to move their own items through the hotel (bell carts are not allowed in the main hotel area, they are used only by the Gaylord staff and move through the back service areas).

Also: if anyone needs anything moved throughout the weekend from their sleeping room to the meeting space there is a $25 per cart charge which will be charged to the sleeping room or the individual will need to pay in cash.
