Attendee Service Program
Katsucon has initiated an attendee service team available throughout the convention 24 hours a day to assist attendees if they do not understand a policy or procedure that is being enforced by a Katsucon staffer or volunteer, or if they are uncomfortable with how a Katsucon staffer or volunteer is treating them. Info Booth
Info Booth is where you can go to find out all sorts of different information. They can tell you where to find that special panel, let you know if any changes have been made to the schedule, even help you find a great place to eat near-by.
Lost and Found
If you find something during the con that appears to be lost or forgotten, we have a special home for it where it’s owner can find it again. Please bring any lost items you find to Lost & Found in Katsucon Security and we’ll do everything we can to return it to it’s rightful owner. Likewise, if something is missing, come one down to lost and found to see if it’s been turned in!
Medical
Not feeling well? Got a blister or a cut? Seriously overheated? Reacting Badly to something you ate? Katsucon Medical is here to help! No problem is too large or small for our dedicated group of volunteers.
Photo Areas
What’s the point of wearing fantastic clothes all weekend if no one remembers how you look in them? We can’t imagine it either! For the benefit of all of our attendees (the ones who want pictures and the ones trying to walk through the halls) we’re setting up special areas complete with backdrops for you and your friends to take pictures! The photo area will be clearly marked on the convention map that comes with your Program Book and will be announced on the site before the con.
Volunteers
Katsucon is run by volunteers just like you, and every year it needs lots of volunteers to make the convention happen! Whether you have 2 or 20 hours to spare, please consider volunteering some time to help keep Katsucon running smoothly throughout the weekend.
