Katsucon is an annual 3-day fan convention held in the D.C. metro area for multicultural enthusiasts and entertainment. Katsucon is produced by Katsucon Entertainment, Inc. (KEI), a 501(c)(3) educational non-profit organization dedicated to bringing information about Japanese animation, society, and traditional and popular culture to fans everywhere.

Anime Orchestra Returns to Katsucon 19!

The Symphonic Anime Orchestra is excited to be back at KatsuCon. We are now accepting applications at AnimeOrchestra.org and looking for suggestions of what to play. SAO is a volunteer symphony made up of musicians of all ages and ability levels. If you want to play anime and video game themes on your instrument with a symphony, apply today!
At KatsuCon make sure to look for SAO’s panels and performances by the Quartet that feature an entire new line up of Final Fantasy chamber music.
