All Otaku have one goal in life… find that one perfect thing for their anime collection, be it a DVD, a model, a CD, or a plushie. Fortunately, the merchants in the Katsucon 16 Merchant Room want to help you out by providing a wide variety of anime and manga themed merchandise to drool over peruse and purchase. See below for a map of the merchant Room so you can get a jump on your buddies figuring out how best to spend that hard earned cash!
Due to overwhelming demand, there are NO MORE MERCHANTS BOOTHS AVAILABLE for Katsucon 16. However, interested merchants may still ask to be placed on the waiting list by contacting the Katsucon Merchant Room Staff.

Merchant Room Layout Map
Katsucon 16 Merchant Room Rules
- Due to the limited amount of space in the Merchant Room, you may have to wait in line prior to entering the room. Please be courteous and kind to fellow attendees and Staff while waiting in line. We will move the line along as fast as possible. Note: Merchants, Staff, Convention Guests, Press and Persons with disabilities do not have to stand in line for entry. If there are any questions, please contact our Merchant Room Staff.
- Persons with disabilities or needing assistance, please talk to Merchant Room Staff. They will be more than happy to assist you in whatever way necessary.
- Smoking is not allowed either in the Merchant Room or Merchant Room line.
- No running, screaming, yelling, use of obscene language, horseplay or “carrying-on” will be tolerated in the Merchant Room or Merchant Room line. Security personnel will be in the Merchant Room to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable and safe time.
- While in the Merchant Room, please be kind and courteous to everyone, including Merchants and fellow attendees. “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
- Shoplifting is a crime and violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This will include removal from the convention and being turned over to hotel security and law enforcement officials.
- Please follow the directions of the security staff at all times. Anyone found not to be following security’s directions will be subject to removal from the Merchant Room.
If you encounter any difficulties while in the Merchant Room, please contact our Merchant Room Staff. They will be
more than happy to assist you in any way possible.
Katsucon 16 Merchant Requests
Attention Merchants: If you need services from the hotel, including power, telephone, or Internet, you will need to
submit one or more of the hotel services request forms to the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center . Merchants must remit payment for these services directly to the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. Please print and fill out the necessary pages, and then either mail or FAX the forms to the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center using the address or FAX number on the forms. Also, in order for us ensure that all requests are met by the hotel before the room opens on Friday, please send a summary of the requested services to the Katsucon Merchant Room Staff.
