Jakazid

Jakazid

JAKAZiD is a UK hardcore DJ with a difference, mixing the sounds of J-pop, anison and rhythm game music with a UK hardcore twist. Fascinated with Japanese music and otaku culture, he has managed to generate a cult recognition on both sides of the world, DJing at large-scale hardcore raves and anime conventions in Japan, Europe and the US.

JAKAZiD first visited Japan in 2007 and performed on the main stage at “RUSH HOUR 2 vs. UpSurge” alongside Perfume, LIA, teranoid&MC Natsack and many other artists, and has since returned to play at established rave events like Happiness, X-Treme Hard and The Day of Hardcore.

A self-confessed rhythm game fan himself, JAKAZiD recently provided original songs for KONAMI’s latest beatmaniaIIDX and Dance Dance Revolution games, as well as official remixes for kors k and Ryu’s
artist albums.

Since then he has had tracks signed to music labels in both the UK and Japan, and has appeared on various CD releases such as the well-known “Hardcore Underground”, “Enigmatic LIA”, “Shot Music”, “BPT” and “JCM” compilations. DJ Flintheart

DJ Flintheart

Formerly DJ Aubrey (among many other aliases), the elusive DJ Flintheart has been spinning for more than a decade. Starting his career in 2001 around Detroit, Michigan, his style has run the gamut of genres, from gabba to rave to happy hardcore to tech house to hardtechno to terrorcore. Expect an eclectic set with plenty of surprises thrown in.

DJ Robbie

DJ Robbie

DJ Robbie has only been on the decks since 2008, but his passion for electronic music goes back nearly a decade, with roots in acid techno and early hardcore. His diverse influences range from early rave, drum ‘n bass, gabber, and beyond. Robbie’s sets are loud, energetic, and unpredictable, with no rules and no limits.

DJ SBZ

DJ SBZ

DJ SBZ is the owner and manager of US-based hardcore label Allkore. Founded in 2009, Allkore is a label which strives to create a unity between Japanese hardcore and worldwide audiences, featuring talent
from across the globe. SBZ himself has a love for all kinds of hardcore, but finds his passion in the underground Japanese “nerdcore” scene – not hip-hop but hardcore music focused on pop culture samples
and massive sound. Expect to hear a showcase of some sick beats peppered with familiar sounds that will leave you begging for more!

DJ Descent

DJ Descent

Julian Morales aka DJ Descent comes from Columbus Ohio. Julian started spinning in the Spring of 2010 after attending the raves at the local anime conventions. Wanting to always bring a mixture of high
energy sounds and low, earth shaking kicks you can almost always hear his sets strike a balance between the upbeat side of Happy Hardcore to the much darker side of Freeform.

DJ Kent

DJ Kent

DJ Kent is a world-traveler. Born in California, grew up in Japan, and now living in the states, he brings the best of both cultures. He is a veteran of countless parties, playing with Remo-con, kors k, Ryu, TaQ, and DJ Technorch. In addition to DJing, he has produced tracks for BeatmaniaIIDX alongside close friend kors k. Kent will be spinning his own cross-culture all-mix set. You can always expect his sets to show you something new and bring you to a place you’ve never been before.
